Catalpa Bed

The Catalpa Bed was designed for 57st. design, and is a part of it’s circulated furniture program, Design Circulation. All four bed posts are constructed of solid wood and then rounded to form an oblong shape. The headboard posts lie perpendicular to the headboard itself, while the footboard posts are in line with the footboard, adding some visual interest to the design. The headboard, footboard and side rails are all rounded to match the oblong appearance of the bed posts.
